LTL Freight Delivery

This product ships by oversized LTL freight rather than standard parcel service. The carrier normally contacts the recipient to schedule an appointment. A large freight truck must be able to access the address, and an adult should be available to inspect the shipment.

What is the maximum stated capacity?
The manufacturer-stated maximum capacity is Up to 9,900 lb trailer weight*. Do not exceed the stated working, towing or hauling limit, and follow all hitch, surface and operating requirements.
Is the product delivered fully assembled?

What does curbside delivery include?
The freight carrier delivers and unloads the packaged equipment at the destination curb after scheduling an appointment. Indoor placement, stairs, unpacking, steel-frame removal, assembly and packaging disposal are not included unless confirmed in writing.
Can a freight truck deliver to a residential address?
Residential delivery is available when a large freight truck can safely access the destination curb. Contact us before ordering if the address is gated, rural, narrow or access-restricted.
Is on-site service available in my area?
For qualifying major non-accidental failures, on-site inspection or repair may be available after diagnosis and warranty authorization. Availability depends on location, technician coverage, parts and scheduling.
What should I do if the shipment arrives damaged?
Inspect the pallet, steel frame, packaging and visible product condition before signing. Photograph all sides, note visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact HUAYICUN promptly while keeping the packaging and pallet.
