Heavy-Duty Mobility Help Center

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers for customers considering a premium, full-size outdoor mobility scooter delivered by LTL freight.

Product Fit and Use

How is a heavy-duty scooter different from a compact travel scooter?

Our product direction prioritizes stability, outdoor capability, supportive seating and substantial construction rather than minimum weight or folding convenience. Full-size models require more storage and transport planning, but they are intended for customers who value a solid riding platform.

Where are these scooters intended to be used?

They are designed primarily for outdoor mobility on appropriate paved and maintained surfaces. Some models may also support grass, gravel or uneven terrain within the limits stated on the individual product page. Always review ground clearance, tire type, slope rating and operating guidance before use.

Can I use the scooter indoors or transport it in a passenger car?

Because these are full-size products, indoor maneuvering and vehicle transport can be limited. Confirm the assembled dimensions, turning space, doorway width and vehicle capacity before ordering. A truck, trailer, lift or suitable mobility carrier may be required.

How do I choose the right model?

Compare rider weight, seat dimensions, overall product dimensions, intended terrain, range requirements, storage space and delivery access. Contact us before ordering if any measurement or use condition is unclear.

Price and Ordering

Why are these products priced around $3,000?

Premium heavy-duty scooters use a larger platform and may include higher-capacity electrical components, wide tires, suspension, lighting, supportive seating and other outdoor-focused features. Exact equipment varies by model, so customers should compare the complete specification rather than price alone.

What should I confirm before placing an order?

Confirm the model specifications, rider fit, delivery address, daytime phone number, truck access, unloading conditions and who will be available to receive the shipment.

LTL Freight Delivery

Will my scooter arrive by standard parcel delivery?

No. Our oversized products are generally delivered by an LTL freight carrier and may be secured to a pallet or protective shipping base.

Will the carrier contact me?

The carrier normally contacts the recipient to arrange a delivery appointment. Keep the phone number on the order accurate and monitor calls or messages while the shipment is in transit.

Does delivery include moving the scooter into my home or garage?

The included delivery service level will be stated in the Shipping & Delivery page and the individual product listing. Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers should not assume indoor placement, assembly, debris removal or special handling is included.

What should I do if the shipment appears damaged?

Inspect the pallet, packaging and product before signing. Photograph visible damage and write a specific damage note on the carrier's delivery receipt. Contact us promptly with the photos, order number and delivery documents.

Setup, Service and Ownership

Will assembly be required?

Assembly requirements vary by model. Review the product page and included manual. Because the scooter is heavy, more than one adult or appropriate lifting equipment may be needed for unpacking and setup.

How can I request parts or technical assistance?

Contact our support team with your order number, model, serial number, photos or video, and a clear description of the issue. This allows us to identify the correct next step.

What warranty and return terms apply?

Warranty coverage and return eligibility are governed by the published Warranty & Returns terms. Final coverage periods, exclusions and freight responsibilities will be added before launch.
