Delivery area
HUAYICUN delivers to the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, offshore islands, military bases, PO boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. A valid physical delivery address and working phone number are required.
Shipping charges and timing
The shipping charge applicable to your product and address is displayed at checkout before you place your order. Product-page delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Your order confirmation and shipping updates provide the applicable dispatch and delivery information. If dispatch cannot occur within the promised period, we will notify you and offer the option to agree to a revised schedule or cancel for a prompt full refund, as required by applicable law.
Scheduled freight delivery
Large mobility scooters and heavy equipment may ship by LTL freight. Where an appointment is required, the carrier will contact you to arrange delivery. Please provide an accessible delivery location and be available for the agreed appointment. The delivery service included in your order is stated in the applicable shipping arrangement; installation, assembly, or additional handling is included only when expressly agreed.
Inspection and shipment problems
Inspect the packaging and product at delivery when practicable. Photograph visible damage and record it on the carrier's delivery receipt. Keep the packaging and contact us promptly about damage, missing items, incorrect goods, or nondelivery. Signing a delivery receipt does not waive rights relating to concealed damage or defects. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve confirmed shipment problems.
Returns and cancellations
Please read our Refund Policy for the 30-day return request process, written authorization, freight costs, cancellations, and refunds. Do not send products back without authorization.
