Our heavy-duty outdoor mobility scooters are approximately $3,000 products and are shipped through an LTL freight network rather than standard parcel service.

How LTL Delivery Works

  1. Order review: We verify the product, delivery address and contact information.
  2. Freight preparation: The scooter is prepared on a pallet or protective shipping base.
  3. Carrier transit: Tracking or shipment information is provided when available.
  4. Delivery appointment: The carrier normally contacts the recipient before delivery.
  5. Receiving inspection: An adult receives and inspects the shipment before signing.

LTL transit estimates are not guaranteed appointment dates. Weather, terminal volume, remote-area routing, address access and appointment availability may affect delivery.

Unless the order expressly states otherwise, do not assume delivery includes indoor placement, stairs, assembly, packaging removal, special equipment or disposal of the pallet.

Address and Access Requirements

  • Provide a valid street address and daytime phone number.
  • Tell us before shipment if the address is residential, rural, gated or access-restricted.
  • Confirm that a large freight truck can safely approach the delivery area.
  • Arrange an adult recipient and any equipment or assistance needed after delivery.

Before Signing the Delivery Receipt

Inspect the pallet, packaging and visible product condition. Photograph damage, missing pieces or unusual packaging. Write a specific exception on the carrier receipt before signing and contact us promptly.

Delivery Damage or Missing Items

Send the order number, delivery receipt, tracking information, photos of all sides of the shipment, close-up photos of the damage and a description of any missing items. Keep the packaging and pallet until the review is complete.

Address Changes and Missed Appointments
